How we fix problems
Our operations control team monitors the water supply networks using the latest technology. The team of 70 people operates around the clock. If an alarm sounds, anywhere in the system at any time, the control team organises the action needed.
Our well-trained field staff make sure that all customers have a constant supply of water. Jobs can be as small as replacing a missing lid on a stop-tap in the pavement, to fixing a major mains burst affecting thousands of properties.
