Update to our Strategic Direction Statement - April 2010
In late 2007 we published our Strategic Direction Statement 'where we are heading' which set out our vision for United Utilities for the 25 years from 2010 to 2035. Now that the price review process has concluded, we have updated this document in light of developments over the last two years and have included an overview of our plans from 2010 to 2015.
