As you are paying for all the water that goes through your meter, it makes good financial sense to ensure your are not wasting it. Relocating your water meter

If you need to move your water meter as a result any home improvements, you must inform us prior to doing the work. Our factsheet explains what you need to do and includes an application form to complete and return to us.

 

Testing your water meter

If you believe that your water meter is not working properly because you have recently received a water bill that is higher or lower than you expected, you can ask us to test your meter. However, please be aware that we will have to charge you for the test if the meter is shown not to be faulty.

Before completing the application form, please try our interactive calculator first as this will show what your bill should be based upon your water usage. We also have a factsheet which explains how to check your water usage to ensure you have no leaks on your network.
