Relocating your water meter
If you need to move your water meter as a result any home improvements, you must inform us prior to doing the work.

Testing your water meter
If you believe that your water meter is not working properly because you have recently received a water bill that is higher or lower than you expected, you can ask us to test your meter. However, please be aware that we will have to charge you for the test if the meter is shown not to be faulty.
